We note that the two Hunting John kits differ by 2¼ markers making them essentially the same. The Samuel and Ephraim kits differ by one marker. Bottomline, the DNA markers for Hunting John are consistent and the ones for Ephraim are consistent; however, the two sets differ by 14 markers.
